Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at care.doriyajaipur@gmail.com; if the order hasn’t shipped yet, we will do our best to update it.
6. Missing or Lost Packages
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If the issue persists, contact our support team within 7 days of the "delivered" status.
